These Terms govern your use of the Wake me For Fly mobile app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Wake me For Fly reads flight schedule data provided by your airline and automatically calculates and schedules wake-up alarms based on each flight's presentation time. It is a scheduling aid for airline crew members.
Your account is created and managed by your airline, not by self-registration. Your airline is responsible for the accuracy of the flight schedule data provided to the App. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account.
Important — alarm reliability is not guaranteed 100% of the time. The App uses your phone's alarm and notification systems to wake you up. Android manufacturers apply different, sometimes aggressive battery-optimization and background-restriction behaviors that are outside our control, and that can occasionally delay or prevent an alarm from ringing or displaying correctly — particularly if the app is force-closed, battery optimization is enabled for the app, or the device is in an unusual power state. We work to minimize these cases, but the App should not be your sole means of ensuring you wake up for a flight. Always keep a backup method (e.g., a separate physical alarm clock) for critical wake-ups.
When your flight schedule changes, the App attempts to notify you and automatically re-sync your alarms, including in the background. This depends on your device's network connectivity and background-execution permissions, and is not guaranteed to happen instantly or while the App is fully closed on every device.
You agree not to:
Your airline may deactivate or delete your account at any time (for example, when you leave the company). Deleting an account permanently removes associated personal data, flight history, and alarm settings, in line with our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed flights, disciplinary consequences, or any other damages resulting from a missed or delayed alarm, notification, or schedule update, whether caused by device behavior, network issues, third-party service outages (e.g. push notification providers), or otherwise.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
